Because our rolls of labels are sealed up by machines on the manufacturing floor, it is impossible for us to guarantee that each roll of labels will have exactly 500 labels in perfect condition. Some may have slightly more, some slightly less. To do so would involve additional labor to physically count each roll, and that additional labor would significantly raise the price per seal. So while we always hope that all 500 labels on each roll are present and in mint condition, we unfortunately cannot guarantee so. In the event a customer receives a roll that is out of 2 standard deviations of "normal," we will always do our best to make things right.

In the even you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right. Customer pays return shipping and a 25% restock fee which includes the testing we must perform on returned material.
In order verify that material we accept as a return from a customer has been stored in appropriate temperature and humidity conditions so as not to reduce the tack level of the labels we make, we must perform multiple tests on all returned material.
This protects all of our customers from receiving material that is not up to our standards.
